Some expression changes were shared, while others differed between the compounds or time points. The authors interpreted the pattern as consistent with modulation of the GABAergic system. This experiment measured RNA expression; it was not a direct measurement of binding to a purified GABA receptor.

The paper specifies Selank diacetate in its methods. That identifies the experimental material, not the salt form of every Selank product. Keep that distinction when comparing literature with the records for a supplied vial.
