Shipping & Returns

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses where service is available, subject to carrier serviceability and compliance screening. We do not currently fulfill international orders.

Orders confirmed and paid in full before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day target same-day dispatch. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays target dispatch on the next business day. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

• USPS Priority Mail: Our standard service, generally estimated at 2–3 business days. Free on qualifying domestic orders of $200 or more; tracking is included.
• FedEx 2Day: Expedited service with a carrier-estimated two-business-day transit time.
• FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day carrier service when available. Orders must be confirmed and paid before the cutoff to target same-day dispatch.
• Signature Required: An optional security add-on available with eligible services and destinations.

Tracking is sent by email when the shipping label is generated and is also available in the buyer’s account. Initial carrier scans may be delayed during pickup or peak periods.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, shipments are FCA/FOB Origin (Incoterms® 2020). Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon our tender to the carrier.

Any delivery date or lead time is an estimate, not a guarantee. We are not liable for delays attributable to carriers, weather, customs, compliance reviews, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. All quoted transit times use business days unless the selected carrier service states otherwise.

Our products are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried) and are stable at ambient temperatures for normal transit. Where optional cold-chain or expedited methods are offered and Buyer declines, Buyer assumes all risk associated with transit conditions. Buyers shipping to regions experiencing extreme heat may select FedEx Standard Overnight when available.

Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded exterior packaging. Carrier labels and legally required shipment information remain visible as necessary for delivery.

An account is required to place an online order. An order enters fulfillment after payment is received and confirmed and any required compliance review is complete.

Available payment methods and any applicable discount are shown at checkout. Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App orders currently receive a 5% subtotal discount when the option is available. Credit-card orders are completed through the secure payment instructions provided after checkout.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted except for Nonconforming Products or our documented fulfillment error.

Buyer must inspect promptly upon delivery and notify us in writing of any shipping damage, shortages, or errors within 14 days of receipt, supplying supporting photos and documentation. Failure to provide timely notice constitutes acceptance.

Email moc.seditpepbalerupobfsctd-54535a@troppus with the order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the shipping box, packing materials, labels, and affected items. Retain the shipment and packaging until we provide instructions.

Do not return any Product without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused and do not create a right to credit or refund.

We may, at our option, (a) replace the Nonconforming Product, (b) credit the purchase price, or (c) refund the price upon return or confirmed destruction, as applicable. This is Buyer’s exclusive remedy.

“Nonconforming Products” means items that materially fail to meet the then-current specifications or are incorrect due to our fulfillment error, as defined in the Terms & Conditions.

Orders may not be canceled after fulfillment has begun, except with our written consent and subject to restocking or cancellation fees. Contact support immediately with the order number if you need to request a cancellation before fulfillment begins.

Contact support immediately to request an address change. We may be able to update the destination before fulfillment or carrier tender, but changes are not guaranteed. After carrier tender, any rerouting is controlled by the carrier and may involve additional charges.

Use the carrier tracking record and contact the carrier first for a delayed or delivery-scanned package. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist with a carrier inquiry where practical. Title and risk of loss pass at carrier tender, and any resolution remains subject to the Terms & Conditions and the carrier’s findings.

Buyer is responsible for providing a complete, serviceable delivery address. Refused, undeliverable, or incorrectly addressed shipments do not create an automatic right to refund and may be subject to reshipment, restocking, or cancellation fees.

Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment details are handled through the applicable payment provider and are not displayed to fulfillment personnel.

Information required to process an order is shared only as described in our Privacy Policy, including with service providers such as payment processors and shipping carriers where needed to complete the transaction.
