Description

AOD-9604 10 mg: research material

Buy AOD-9604 10 mg for laboratory research, supplied as lyophilized powder in one boxed 3 mL vial.

AOD-9604 is a modified peptide related to the C-terminal region of human growth hormone (hGH).

Choose the material and presentation

Choose the vial amount that matches the material requirements of your laboratory work. The 2 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg options state the labeled mass in each vial; the amount does not describe biological activity or the concentration of a prepared solution.

AOD-9604 and full-length growth hormone are separate materials. Milligrams of this fragment should not be treated as equivalent to international units of HGH.

Other presentations: AOD-9604 2 mg, AOD-9604 5 mg.

AOD-9604 compared with full-length growth hormone

Heffernan and colleagues compared AOD-9604 with hGH in mice and receptor assays. Both reduced weight gain in obese mice. Unlike hGH, AOD-9604 did not compete for the hGH receptor or stimulate proliferation in the tested cells.

These experimental findings do not establish a human weight-loss effect.

Product records and batch reports

Open the product documentation section for available reports and product files. Match the selected vial size and lot to the record you are reading. A purity percentage and a measured amount are different results; neither should be inferred from the other.

For study comparison, retain the exact material name used in the paper. The phrase “growth hormone fragment” alone is not enough to establish that two preparations are identical.
