01 — Shipping & Delivery

Fast, tracked, and discreetly packaged.

Every order ships from our facility in the United States with full carrier tracking. We package every shipment in plain, unbranded boxes — no labels, logos, or product references on the exterior — so what you ordered stays between you and us.

Processing & cutoff times

Orders confirmed and paid in full before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed and shipped the next business day. You'll receive an email with carrier tracking the moment your label is generated.

A note on weekend timing

All shipping methods count business days only. Friday overnight orders are delivered the following Monday — not Saturday. If you need a guaranteed weekend delivery, contact us before placing your order and we'll see what we can arrange.

Tracking your order

Once your shipment is in motion, your tracking number is delivered automatically by email and is also visible in your account dashboard. If you don't see an update within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation, give the carrier a moment — first-scan delays are common during pickup, especially with USPS during peak periods.

Hot-weather shipping

Our peptides are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried) and are stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of normal transit. We do not currently include cold packs as standard, but if you're shipping to a region experiencing extreme heat and would prefer overnight service, we recommend selecting FedEx Standard Overnight at checkout.

International shipping

At this time, Pure Lab Peptides ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We are not currently able to fulfill international orders. We appreciate your understanding.

Place your order online any time at purelabpeptides.com. An account is required to place an order — registration takes about a minute and gives you tracking, order history, and one-click reordering. Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters fulfillment immediately.

Standard pricing

Selecting Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App at checkout automatically applies a 5% discount to your subtotal. After placing the order, you'll receive payment instructions by email — once payment is received and confirmed (typically within minutes during business hours), your order is released to fulfillment.

Credit card payments are processed via secure invoice. After checkout, you'll receive an email with a link to a hosted payment page where you can enter your card details. We never see or store your card information directly.

03 — Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted on intact, unopened products.

We accept returns on products that are fully intact and in their original, unopened packaging. If the seal is unbroken and the product hasn't been used or stored outside our recommended conditions, you're welcome to return it for a refund or store credit.

To start a return, email moc.seditpepbalerupobfsctd-6b1ac1@troppus with your order number and a brief explanation. We'll send return instructions and confirm the next steps. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Our Commitment

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or otherwise not as described, we will replace it, credit your account, or refund the original payment — your choice, at no cost to you.

If something is wrong with your order

  1. Inspect on arrival Open and verify the contents of every shipment within 72 hours of delivery. The earlier we know about an issue, the faster we can resolve it.
  2. Document the problem Take clear photos of the shipping box, the packing materials, and any affected vials or items. For damaged shipments, photograph the exterior of the box before opening if possible.
  3. Email us within 72 hours Send your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your photos to moc.seditpepbalerupobfsctd-6b3ea4@troppus.
  4. We respond and resolve Most issues are resolved within one business day. We'll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund — whichever you prefer — and cover any return shipping if it's required.
Important Time Window

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery scan. Claims received after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as carrier insurance windows expire quickly.

04 — Order Management

Cancellations, address changes, and lost packages.

Cancellations

Plans change — we get it. If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at moc.seditpepbalerupobfsctd-4518b8@troppus with your order number.

If your order has not yet been packed, we'll cancel it and process a full refund within 1–2 business days. Once a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to cancel — at that point, please follow the "If something is wrong" process above when the package arrives.

Address changes

Need to update your shipping address? Email us immediately. We can usually update the destination if your order hasn't yet been packed.

Once a label has been generated, the carrier — not Pure Lab Peptides — controls re-routing. You may be able to redirect through USPS Hold Mail or FedEx Delivery Manager using your tracking number.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your local post office or FedEx hub first — packages occasionally get scanned early or left in unexpected spots.

If it still doesn't surface within 48 hours, contact us. We'll open a carrier investigation and work toward a replacement or refund based on the carrier's findings.

Refused or undeliverable

Packages returned to us as refused, undeliverable, or for an incorrect address will be refunded for the product cost only. Original shipping is non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of inspection before any product can be reissued.

05 — Privacy & Security

Your information stays yours.

Our checkout is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard used by major financial institutions. Your personal and payment details are encrypted in transit and never visible to anyone outside the systems required to process your order.

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only parties who receive any portion of your data are the shipping carriers (for delivery) and our payment processor (for transaction settlement). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Shipments are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with a generic return address. Nothing on the exterior of your package indicates its contents or origin.
