01 — Shipping & Delivery
Fast, tracked, and discreetly packaged.
Every order ships from our facility in the United States with carrier tracking. We use plain, unbranded packaging with no product references on the exterior.
Free Delivery
Domestic orders of $200 or more receive free USPS Priority delivery automatically. The shipping method and amount shown at checkout control for each order.

Processing and cutoff times
Orders confirmed and paid in full before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders paid after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day. Tracking is emailed when the shipping label is generated.
Weekend timing
Published transit times count business days only. A Friday overnight shipment is normally delivered Monday unless an eligible Saturday-delivery service was specifically arranged before shipment.
Tracking your order
The tracking number is delivered by email and is also available in your account order history. First-scan delays can occur between carrier pickup and the first sorting facility.
Hot-weather shipping
Peptides ship lyophilized and are stable at ambient temperatures for normal transit. Cold packs are not included as standard. When timing or extreme heat is a concern, select the fastest available method at checkout.
International shipping
Pure Lab Peptides currently ships only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not fulfill international orders.

03 — Returns & Refunds
All sales final, with a seven-day issue window.
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales by Pure Lab LLC are final. Refunds, replacements, or credits are available only for a nonconforming product or a documented Pure Lab LLC fulfillment error reported within 7 calendar days after the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Change-of-mind returns, ordering mistakes, opened products, and products mishandled or stored outside the recommended conditions are not eligible. Do not send anything back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Our Commitment
For an eligible and documented claim, Pure Lab LLC may replace the affected product, issue store credit, or refund the applicable purchase price. If return shipping is required because of our documented fulfillment error, we will provide or cover it.
If something is wrong with your order
- Inspect the shipmentOpen the package and verify its contents promptly after carrier-confirmed delivery.
- Document the issuePhotograph the shipping box, packing materials, and each affected or incorrect item. Keep the packaging while the claim is reviewed.
- Email us within seven calendar daysSend your order number, a description, and the supporting photos to support@purelabpeptides.com.
- Wait for review and instructionsWe will confirm whether the claim qualifies and provide the approved remedy and any RMA or return instructions.
Important Time Window
Claims submitted more than seven calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery are not eligible for a replacement, credit, or refund.
04 — Order Management
Cancellations, addresses, and carrier issues.
Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If fulfillment has not begun, we will attempt to cancel the order and return the confirmed payment. Once packing or label generation has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be unavailable.
Address accuracy and changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pure Lab LLC is not responsible for delay, loss, misdelivery, non-delivery, or return-to-sender caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Review the recipient name, street number, unit or apartment, city, state, and ZIP code before checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. After label generation, any rerouting is controlled by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivered but not found
Check the mailbox, front door, parcel locker, lobby, building office, household members, and nearby neighbors. Allow 24 hours for an early delivery scan, then contact the local carrier office for the recorded scan location before emailing us with the findings.
Refused, undeliverable, or returned
An order shipped to the address entered at checkout is considered correctly fulfilled. A complimentary replacement or refund is not provided for refusal or an incorrect or incomplete address. If the package returns to us and is eligible for reshipment, the customer must confirm a complete address and pay the new shipping charge. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
