You can unsubscribe from marketing and request access, correction, deletion, or other rights when applicable.

Section 01

Scope & Who We Are

Pure Lab LLC operates the Pure Lab Peptides website and product brand. In this policy, “Pure Lab,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pure Lab LLC.

This policy applies to personal information collected through purelabpeptides.com, including the online catalog, checkout, customer accounts, Pure Lab Rewards, product reviews, certificate verification, newsletter signup, contact forms, and customer-support interactions. It does not govern an independent website, payment service, carrier, social network, or review platform that publishes its own privacy policy.

Section 02

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include the following categories.

Identifiers & contact details

Orders & commercial records

Products viewed or purchased, quantities, order totals, coupons, payment status, shipping method, tracking, returns, support history, and purchasing preferences.

Payment & transaction records

Payment method, amount, status, transaction reference, payment confirmation, billing details, and records needed to reconcile or investigate a payment.

Account, rewards & review activity

Account settings, authentication records, order history, points and store-credit activity, badges, redemption history, review content, and review-verification status.

Device, network & usage data

IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information, referring and exit pages, searches, pages viewed, clicks, cart activity, timestamps, session data, and diagnostic logs.

Attribution & referral data

Referral source, campaign and UTM values, affiliate identifier, landing page, session count, and similar information used to understand how visitors reach the site.

Communications & submitted content

Messages, emails, call notes, photographs, product or delivery documentation, survey responses, reviews, and other information you send to us.

Business & compliance information

Company or institution, role, professional or business contact details, tax-exemption or resale documentation, and identity, age, fraud, sanctions, or end-use verification information when relevant.

Do not send health information

Pure Lab is a research-material supplier, not a healthcare provider. We do not need medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or other health information to sell or support research-use-only products. Please do not submit that information through checkout, reviews, forms, or support messages.

Section 03

Sources of Information

  • Directly from you when you browse, search, create an account, order, pay, contact support, subscribe, review a product, participate in Rewards, or provide documentation.
  • Automatically from your device through cookies, logs, session storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.
  • From service providers and partners such as payment services, carriers, fraud-prevention services, hosting and security providers, email services, affiliates, referral partners, and analytics providers.
  • From public or organizational sources when you interact with our public social profiles or reviews, or when a business or institution provides information about its authorized representative.

Section 04

How We Use Information

  • Operate the website, search, cart, checkout, accounts, rewards, reviews, and certificate-verification features.
  • Process, reconcile, fulfill, deliver, track, support, cancel, return, or refund an order.
  • Authenticate accounts, maintain balances and order history, prevent duplicate transactions, and provide customer support.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, prohibited uses, sanctions concerns, and violations of our terms.
  • Send transactional notices, answer inquiries, and, where permitted, deliver newsletters or other marketing communications.
  • Measure performance, attribute referrals, understand site use, troubleshoot errors, and improve products, content, and services.
  • Maintain accounting, tax, audit, compliance, legal, safety, and dispute-resolution records.

Section 05

Cookies & Online Technologies

We and providers working for us may use cookies, local or session storage, server logs, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for the following purposes.

Strictly necessary

Keep the cart and checkout working, maintain a session, authenticate an account, secure forms, remember consent choices, and prevent fraud.

Functional

Remember preferences and improve convenience across visits.

Analytics & performance

Understand traffic, navigation, errors, and feature performance.

Attribution & marketing

Measure referrals, affiliate activity, campaigns, conversions, and the effectiveness of communications.

Most browsers let you delete or block cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, account, or other website features from working correctly. Where applicable law requires an additional cookie choice or recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will provide or process that choice as required.

Section 06

When We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Website and business providers: hosting, ecommerce, database, cloud, form, communications, customer-support, and technical providers.
  • Payment and financial services: banks, payment processors, payment networks, fraud-prevention providers, and reconciliation services.
  • Fulfillment providers: shipping carriers, label and tracking systems, insurers, warehouses, and other providers needed to deliver or investigate an order.
  • Analytics, referral, and communications providers: providers that help measure site performance, attribute traffic, administer affiliate relationships, or deliver email and other communications.
  • Professional, legal, and public authorities: auditors, accountants, insurers, attorneys, regulators, courts, law enforcement, and other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or resolve a dispute.
  • Corporate transactions: a prospective or completed purchaser, investor, lender, successor, or advisor in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
Sale, sharing & targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain analytics, attribution, affiliate, or advertising disclosures. If one of those laws applies to our business and gives you an opt-out right, you may exercise it as described in Section 11.

Section 07

Payments & Order Fulfillment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout or provided with an approved invoice. A bank, payment service, or processor may collect payment credentials directly under its own privacy policy and terms. We receive and retain the transaction details reasonably needed to confirm payment, reconcile the order, address fraud or disputes, and keep required business records.

We do not intentionally collect or store complete online-banking credentials or complete credit- or debit-card credentials on the Pure Lab website. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes, or online-banking credentials through email, contact forms, reviews, or order notes.

We disclose recipient, address, telephone, email, service level, package, and tracking information to carriers and fulfillment providers as needed to deliver and support an order.

Section 08

Marketing Communications

If you subscribe or if applicable law otherwise permits, we may send product, company, educational, or promotional email. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing message or by contacting us. We may keep a limited suppression record so we can honor the request.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional or relationship messages needed for an order, account, rewards balance, security notice, response to your request, or other service you asked us to provide.

If we offer marketing text messages, we will use a telephone number for that purpose only with the separate consent required by applicable law. Providing a telephone number for checkout or delivery does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.

Section 09

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to complete and support transactions, maintain accounts and rewards records, honor marketing choices, detect fraud, secure the site, meet tax and accounting obligations, establish or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, and comply with law.

The retention period varies by record. We consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, transaction and warranty needs, account activity, fraud and security risk, legal limitation periods, regulatory and tax requirements, and whether the information can be deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. A deletion request may not remove records we must or are permitted to retain for these purposes.

Section 10

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted website connections, access controls, account authentication, logging, backups, security monitoring, fraud controls, and service-provider protections appropriate to the information and risk.

No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your account credentials, use a unique password, sign out of shared devices, and contact us promptly if you believe an account or transaction has been compromised.

Section 11

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to our business and the information involved, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access categories or specific pieces of that information.
  • Learn the categories of sources, purposes, and recipients associated with personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information or request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Receive a portable copy of eligible information.
  • Opt out of a legally defined sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising when applicable.
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information when applicable.
  • Appeal a denied request where applicable, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

Use the subject “Privacy Request” and send the request from the email associated with your account or order when possible. Tell us which right you want to exercise. Do not send a password, complete payment credential, or unnecessary identity document.

Start Privacy Request

We may need to verify that you are the person associated with the information before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authority and direct verification with you. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we will explain the basis and any available appeal process when required.

Section 12

Age Restrictions & Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If we learn that we collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact us.

Purchases are restricted to eligible adults who are at least 21 years old and agree to the research-use-only requirements in our Terms & Conditions. Review the complete purchase terms.

Section 13

Third-Party Services & U.S. Processing

Our site links to payment services, carriers, social networks, review platforms, research resources, and other third-party services. Those services control their own websites and privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information directly to them.

Pure Lab operates in the United States. Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States by us and our service providers. If you access the site from another jurisdiction, its data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

Section 14
